I recently needed some work done on my car, and had many doubts bout taking it back to Hamer because of passed experiences. However I took it in anyway and was lucky to be helped by Jessy Lupercio. Mike is one of the main reasons I have my Scion serviced at Hamer. He is very knowledgeable of the product, always friendly, and I feel a great asset to the service dept.
