I actually drove over an hour to Hamer Toyota instead of going to my local Toyota dealership, and I’m SO glad I did. My local dealership made me feel like I had an obligation to buy from them, and I never felt completely comfortable with the numbers or the transparency. Steve was the complete opposite. He was patient, kind, honest, transparent, and always kept us updated throughout the entire process. He explained the numbers and every step clearly, and never once made us feel pressured. We truly can’t thank Steve enough for helping us find the exact car we wanted at a price we felt great about. He made what can sometimes be a stressful experience feel easy and exciting!
