Our current lease was expiring, so my wife and I went to Hamilton Honda to look for a new vehicle to lease. This review is more towards the sales member that we worked with while searching for a used vehicle. Although we did not end up purchasing the vehicle at the location it had nothing to do with the sale worked with while searching for a used vehicle. Bait ant switch. I called three times to verify if a vehicle was available for purchase that was on the lot. When I got there, they told me it was sold. Then they tried to upsell me another vehicle that had a bad transmission i discovered during the test drive. After telling them that we would never be able to make a deal and that numbers were too far apart. They insisted that we will be able to get close. So I went through all the xx the typical xx dealer usually Does when selling a car and in the end they came back with a ridiculous trade in value below kbb and more than $4000 less than what I’ve received from three other dealers. In the end, I walked out because we were so far off as I thought. Someone is going to get stuck with a vehicle with a bad transmission and now they know that. Bad bad bad More
