Service was great and wasn’t pushed into unnecessary repairs. Actually spent less than was expecting. Just wish there was a bit more communication during the wait. I waited for an oil change for 4 hours … the employee said she called me even though I was waiting at the service center waiting area. I received no phone calls to which I tried to show the employee. M said she called me even though I was waiting at the service center waiting area. I received no phone calls to which I tried to show the employee. My vehicle had been ready three hours earlier. There was a other customer who was there before me and complained that they had waited three hours too… improve on notifying customers who are waiting less than five feet away !! More
