I made an appointment for an oil change and waited 3 hours for it to get done. In talking with the service person he advised COVID had reduced the number of technicians. My problem is, I could have been notified prior to my appt and given the option of rescheduling the appointment. It been my experience with prior oil changes that an appointment time is never quick anymore. Why make an appointment if there is a long wait? Walk ins seem to be taken at the same time as appointments. More
