My car was in for service and I was not able to catch the shuttle driver. My service rep, Q was able to order a lyft driver to get me home and back to the dealership when my car was completed. When you do a bait and switch, you usually get a poor rating. Was quoted $230 for a transmission fluid change and was changed to $550 when my wife showed up to drop the vehicle off. The work was done professionally. The free coffee was very good. A possible problem was doted, but further diagnosis showed no real problem. My only problem was a free car wash.
