Picked up a 2022 HR-V LX. I told Am (Salesperson) it was a cash deal, no trade in, just get in and out. Am & Matt did a great job on that. However, now that you have e-mail personally inviting me to participate in a brief survey I want to bring to your attention some issues I had. • Back in August I tried to schedule a service call, but I could not get my vehicle a month later which was on September 15, 2021. • Today I waxed and cleaned my auto and discovered there was very little windshield washer in the dispenser which I added this fluid myself. • My lights were change from auto to none auto and the brights were also on.
