I was having a lot of trouble getting an appointment for an oil change. I work in a hospital OR and never know when I'll be done so scheduling in advance can be hard. I tried to drop my car off a few times but they weren't taking any more appointments the days I tried. I was finally desperate having way over 1000 miles over the recommend time with a 6 hour drive to a funeral I needed to attend. I tried to drop my car off again and asked if I could just let it sit there for how ever long it took even if it was a few days and I would Uber until then bc it needed to get done. I forget the man's name who I initially encountered who unlike everyone else did not immediately turn me away and took me to Chris. Chris said he would work with me and although he didn't think he could get it done that night he said he would fit it in over the next two days. Which I was extremely grateful for. To much surprise and appreciation Chris called me 1 hour later to come get my car. I am so thankful to everyone who worked harder and later just to fit me in. I truly greatly appreciate it. You all went way above and beyond for me More
