Service had my car for two days. There was no mention of an issue with the brakes until it was time to pick up the car. We have two trips coming up with mountain driving. We should have been told about the brakes in a timely manner so we could have had them repaired while you had the car. Now we have to be inconvenienced with another service visit. It also appears that the tires were not rotated, which we have done at every oil change. More

Was looking for a while for a Ram 1500. Found some but hours away from my home. Was lucky enough to find one at Hamilton Honda. Good price, local and got a good price on my trade. However the 2020 Ram had dents all over the side of the bed and the driver side mirror turn signal was cracked and broken. When I asked to get a credit (only wanted $500 off the price of the truck) the basically laughed at me with an arrogant answer of No. I got the dents removed with painless dent removal and I purchased the torn signal. Total cost $400 with me installing the turn signal. If I hadn’t looked for awhile I would have walked away from this dealership. And when I went to pick up my plates and registration, I owed money! I found the salesperson that sold me the truck and asked why do I still owe? His answer was they only estimate the cost of the registration! What? I thought DMV was set in their fees. Anyway I did get free car washes though lol More
