I was also offered complimentary water as well as when it was taking longer than excepted; I was offered a cup of coffee from Wawa from my sales associate just to make sure we were comfortable. I also fight extreme anxiety and panic attacks; and as soon as one started; my sales associate knew how to handle it and I had an amazing experience there.
