I stopped into Hamilton Honda without any expectations. I was also introduced to Ira, who was upfront and helped us with the final decision to proceed with purchasing the car. Knowing I had young children, one with me, they ensured they would help me get in and out. They were considerate of my time and courteous. Ira and Steve complied with social distancing and practiced COVID safety measures to keep our family safe. I was happy with their honest pricing, explanation of the breakdown/additional options and keeping in mind my budget. They treated us like family and did not make us feel like another car purchase or stat. They were personable and quite frankly not your typical car salesmen. It is crazy to say this but I enjoyed my time there and not having such a stressful time purchasing a brand new car. I will be going back in the near future for another car.
