This is my first time purchasing a vehicle at a dealer and out of 3 separate dealerships I visited while looking around, Hamilton Honda is by far the best no pressure experience! My partner told me to take the drive up from south Jersey and give them a chance. Really happy I did, they let their cars speak for themselves with some gentle guidance from their amazing sales staff. From the moment I walked onto the lot I felt a real significant *lack* of pressure. It was as if they went out of their way to NOT pressure browsers on the lot. There wasn't a sales person hovering over me at all and it was wonderful!! I had a question so I went inside the beautiful showroom and was matched up with Mike who is so warm and wonderful. My God this man was an absolute delight to work with, he's got a great energy and a fun sense of humor plus was 100% honest with me about prices and all fees and such. He even helped toss in a great protection package (which is what they do but I really appreciated it) as I was on a VERY tight budget. Luke in finance was actually the most fun I've ever had handing over such a large check. He's got the jokes and personality to make you want to come back again and again to buy a vehicle or be with a friend while they buy one. He was training someone while I was there and I could really notice his care in teaching his trainee the right way to do things while being kind about it. Luke was awesome! Mike was awesome! This dealership is awesome!! Getting free car washes and oil changes for the life of my car is a suuuuuper awesome perk of buying from here too. This was just such a great experience for something so stereotypically terrible. I loved the process with them so much from start to finish. More

I stopped into Hamilton Honda without any expectations. I was also introduced to Ira, who was upfront and helped us with the final decision to proceed with purchasing the car. Knowing I had young children, one with me, they ensured they would help me get in and out. They were considerate of my time and courteous. Ira and Steve complied with social distancing and practiced COVID safety measures to keep our family safe. I was happy with their honest pricing, explanation of the breakdown/additional options and keeping in mind my budget. They treated us like family and did not make us feel like another car purchase or stat. They were personable and quite frankly not your typical car salesmen. It is crazy to say this but I enjoyed my time there and not having such a stressful time purchasing a brand new car. I will be going back in the near future for another car. Thank you Steve, Ira, George and the team at Hamilton Honda for NOT being your stereotypical dealership, treating us with respect, and keeping up with the one of many reasons as to why we are loyal Honda owners!
