Lindsey Corrado showed me the 23 Pilot Elite and we discussed some of the changes that were made from my 17 Pilot Elite. like no arm rest and no tan interior. 8th seat is nice, but it takes up rear leg room from the 3rd row. I only have 45,000 miles on mine and it still under warranty. This service visit 4th time with lighted running boards. You're getting better only 2 hours wait this time. Please save your stamps it not for sale. As I told Lindsey when I bought my 2003 Odessey LX the salesperson told me I sell it when I get bored of it. Not bored still own a 20-year-old Honda :) And not for sale :) Old is Gold that's what Q told me and I laughed. Thank, Bill More

My representative was very kind and helpful and the actual service on my car is normally good. The only complaint I have about the service experience is the check in. Even with an appointment (and arriving on time) I usually have to stand for a fairly long time in a small area waiting for the rep to finish with another customer before I can be taken care of. The area can get cramped as others are also in the same position, waiting. Once that is done the customer waiting areas are comfortable (I normally wait for my car). More

While it was seemingly minuscule action, it made me feel comfortable , welcomed, and at ease. Particularly, Hannah and Olivia provided exemplary service. Hannah was kind and patient as her expertise was useful in finding a vehicle and the subsequent steps in the car-purchasing process. She was very humble, personable, and knowledgeable! Olivia was much of the same. Her warm-spirit made me feel at home as we finalized the sale, in which she made a was an unfamiliar process comfortable. Olivia’s insight and sharp communication skills helped me gain an understanding of the finalization of my purchase. Both were outstanding and I appreciate their service! More
