Finally replaced the defecrive drivers side seatbelt. However, I experienced reluctance qnd had to explain too often. Think when I gave vin number to he brought up wrong one so had to come back another’s day because supposedly wasnt my belt. Next rep questioned me when i came as to why i was there but did check qns made calls i dont know why because a supervisor or manager supposedly set it up. ..this rep sis take care and had the belt replaced. I should not feel i am bringing a situation that needs third degree questioning. It was legitimate and was a defective seat belt fraying and stitching was too tight causing it to ripple. Talking to people wairing i was told hamilton honda service has xhanfed not for the better, I am new bought my car 1-1/2 years ago. More
