The level of service provided in all departments is exemplary, and their pricing is extremely competitive. There are probably over a dozen Honda stores nearer to where we live, but we always invest the time to go to Hamilton. We picked up another Accord yesterday; yet another quality experience. Unexpected Problem I had an unexpected issue with my "drive shift button" breaking off and falling out. I had not been notified because the warranty recall had not been sent out yet. I was able to find the piece in my car and drive to Honda. Honda repaired it in a few hours. More
