Quick Oil change Arrived a few minutes before the express service opened. Greeted courteously at opening; checked in at 7:10 AM.... then enjoyed a freshly made ham, eg Arrived a few minutes before the express service opened. Greeted courteously at opening; checked in at 7:10 AM.... then enjoyed a freshly made ham, egg and cheese bagel; three different pleasant employees asked if I wanted coffee, each not realizing the others had asked me. We all had a good laugh. By the time I finished my bagel, and read some of a newspaper, my phone rang. Ridgeline was done! I checked out and left at 7:35 AM! Great experience! More

Overtly satisfied I just want to say Zack was amazing. I went into the dealership with low expectations of even getting anything and I came home with a brand new beauti I just want to say Zack was amazing. Additional charges asked when getting plates for my new car I wanted to give zero for Mr. Ira but had no provision. I recently purchased odyssey 2019 and had good experience. I payed 6000$ down and was told I wanted to give zero for Mr. Ira but had no provision. I recently purchased odyssey 2019 and had good experience. I payed 6000$ down and was told it includes everything like registration fees, dealer fees , document fee , sales tax etc etc and does not have to worry . When I was asked to pick my plates I was asked for additional charges and was told to speak to Mr. Ira for additional details. Mr. Ira told below to me: 1) one of Hamilton Honda representative made mistake during registration process which caused additional charges and I have to simply pay it. 2) He told its not his problem and up to me either to pay additional charges or leave place without plates. 3) he used word ‘Ridiculous’ on me whenever I asked for details on this extra charges. 4) finally he simply walked awake from his desk when I was asking for help to address this issue. I believe he has racial issue with his customers. I am sure and I still believe that Hamilton would take it up seriously and take action on Mr.Ira I waited for three to four days to see if anyone from Hamilton would call me on this. I ended up writing this review as I was let with no option. I feel like losing trust and terrible upset with Hamilton Honda due to this. Also my temporary plates were already expired and no calls yet from Hamilton Honda to help customer on this even though it’s not because of me. More
