On two recent occasions i had to reconnect the the gl All, Great friendly service, but i want to address two areas needing room for improvement. On two recent occasions i had to reconnect the the glove box lid after technician checked the cabin filter. On another recent occasion I had to reseat the engine air filter and secure the cover after service. We thought the engine sounded louder and more throaty so I pulled over and discovered the engine air filter cover was not secured and the filter was not in place. Easy fix for me, but attention to detail needs a refocus. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff otherwise. More
