From the moment I walked into the showroom, I was greeted by Ira Doubert, who made me feel welcome. He immediately introduced me to Bob O'Connor, who became my salesman for this journey. Bob was informative about all aspects of the buying process and the Honda vehicle I had chosen to inspect. He also walked me around the impressive Hamilton Honda facility and explained the benefits of purchasing from Hamilton Honda. He listened to my concerns and remembered things that were important to me as we worked toward a completed purchase. He brought a member of the Finance team, Lily Li to meet me and speak about pricing and the extraordinary positive aspects of using Honda finance. After finalizing my car’s trade in value with Robert, I then met with Mo Ansari from Finance, who expertly took me through the rest of the buying process. He was thorough, patient and explained everything in a clear manner as I signed the documentation. After the signing was completed, Bob gave me a detailed explanation of my new car and John Carino followed up with in-depth questions about my experience. I am now a proud owner of a beautiful 2019 Honda Civic EX-L sedan and am very happy that I made the choice to come to Hamilton Honda. More

Used Car Purchase I was looking for a good, safe used car for a new teenage driver and did't want to spend a lot of money. Zack had no problem showing me their 'older' I was looking for a good, safe used car for a new teenage driver and did't want to spend a lot of money. Zack had no problem showing me their 'older' used car selection and we found a great 2012 Accord. He then worked with Carl to rectify a couple of concerns we had from the test drive. Even though we purchased one of the least expensive cars on the lot, they treated us great care and respect...very professional and appreciated.
