This was at 2:30 on a busy day. They called me at 6:30, said everything looked ok, but that my battery had a dead cell. They replaced the battery, and did a vehicle check. My cost — just a handshake. Great service from a fine dealership. More

I told her what was going on and what I was looking for with my next car and she went searching for what is now the perfect car for me. She did everything in her power to have that car available for me to look at, and Matt Andrews also came in to help me with my budget and price range. I saw the car and fell in love with it and both Hannah and Matt did everything in their power to have me leave with the car I wanted. It was a long and grieving process to get through everything, but it was worth every minute and I appreciate everything that both of them did for me and if it wasn't for them, I would still be driving my old beat up death trap! Thank you so much to Hannah and Matt for making me feel welcomed and introducing me to the Hamilton Honda family with hugs and a huge smile! I had the oil changed in express; Niki was great at checkout My car was done quickly for an oil change, but almost from the moment I got to Honda I could not find my phone. The only place I had been was the snack counter but the ladies looked and my phone wasn't there. On checkout, I was upset and Niki said she would walk me to the car and call my phone even though there was torrential rain. When my phone was not in the car, she insisted on walking me back to the snack center to call my phone...more torrential rain and she got soaked. She called... and my Phone was at the end of the counter under almost under a plant. I was really relieved as I had asked a few other people to help me... but Niki went above and beyond!! She was great and I was grateful. More
