Professional I have now brought 2 friends to Hamilton Honda to purchase vehicles and I must say as somebody who had been in the business for over 25 years I was ex I have now brought 2 friends to Hamilton Honda to purchase vehicles and I must say as somebody who had been in the business for over 25 years I was extremely impressed by the professionalism and transparency that was given. Hannah our salesperson and Becky our finance manager were incredibly sensitive and really listened to what was important to my friend. What a treat it was for me to witness. That made the whole experience much easier and more pleasant than any car-buying experience I've ever had. Both test-drives were direct in demonstrating the aspects of the car I wanted to understand. She is a no-pressure sales person, more like talking to a friend who knows you, and cares about what you want, and need. And Matt was the perfect finance-guy to go with the experience. And I LOVE my car. Not what I set out to find, but it suits my needs so much better! And having a hybrid is such a smart way to go right now. This is now several months later, and I'm more thankful than ever that I ended up with my Honda Accord Hybrid. And the trade-in value for the old car was extra-generous. (Thank you both so much!)
