Slow and Disorganized Service Department The service department was extremely disorganized and had no idea who was coming or going. I went to express service to find out it was a 2.5 hour wai The service department was extremely disorganized and had no idea who was coming or going. I went to express service to find out it was a 2.5 hour wait and that I should leave and they would call me back when it was my turn. After 4 hours I returned to the service department and the were very confused and said yea your next. I sat outside and proceeded to watch the refill the bays with other cars and I was waiting another 45 min before my car entered the bay. When my car was done they pulled it out of the bay and proceeded to call me and tell me they will be finished in 15 min so I could make my way back to the dealership. I have never in my life spent 6 hours of my day trying to get an oil change and tire rotation. Very disappointed with the service at Hamilton Honda. More

Since they were very busy, this would have required I went for an oil change and tire rotation and learned that I needed my break fluid changed also.
