A surprisingly enjoyable experience! When I walked into Hamilton Honda, I was very impressed by the size of the dealership, how clean it was, and its overall professional atmosphere. She was knowledgeable, efficient, and funny. She gave me a tour of the facilities. The service area was huge, well organized, and exceptionally clean. I told Hannah what I wanted . She told me they had it. I went out for a test drive. I liked it. We settled on a fair price and that was it. I had 3 (free) coffees and a quick lunch while I waited 1 and 1/2 hours for the car to be detailed. Matt Andrews explained a number of things, I signed some papers, and gave him a check to complete the deal. Phil Florentino stopped by to congratulate me and wish me luck. I drove off a happy camper.
