Great service. First, the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I needed an oil change, but had no appointment. I was told how long the wait would be. The service person gave me a card @nd told me to call later for wait times. I did just that, and brought my car in. The hour wait was actually about 30 minutes. Friendly but not Pushy My lease was coming to an end and I went to see the Toyota because the dealership is right around the corner from my home. I also went to see the Suba My lease was coming to an end and I went to see the Toyota because the dealership is right around the corner from my home. I also went to see the Subaru because several of my friends told me they love theirs and it is closer to my home, BUT when I got to Hamilton Honda I was home, I guess I'm just Hamilton Honda girl. I was greeted with enthusiasm by Tony Manno and treated with dignity and respect. This is my 4th lease (I think) from Hamilton Honda and they make it so easy. I've sent several people to Hamilton Honda and they have all been more than satisfied with their cars and treatment. I love my new HR-V!! More
