I met Zena after checking in at the receptionist desk. I told her I wanted to look at a car they advertised on the website and she took me directly to the car. After a brief tour of the outside she went and got the keys and we went for a test drive. I was pretty sure I wanted that exact car before I arrived at the dealership, and the test drive confirmed it. I made an appointment to come back the following evening to complete the paperwork. The whole process from the greeting to the sales person to the financing was a pleasure. More

Lady told me that I dont need appointment and I can stop by before 9pm and it will cost $19.99 $ for tire rotation and $99.29 for rear Differential fluid. I reached there at 6:50 pm - they refused to take my car saying very busy today. I tried to explain them, I called before coming and drove an hour specifically for the service but nothing helped! I will never go back there. (Note: I bought my 2017 CR V from here - sales department is really awesome, just service department sucks!) More
