Let me just say, like almost anyone, I dread the thought of buying a car as much as I dread a trip to the dentist. I decided to check out Honda and reached out to Hamilton Honda through their website and inquired about CPO Civics. I received a prompt email and call from Anna Alio who was very helpful and presented me with a list of current inventory. I went there today and was greeted by Ash Selim. He is very personable and professional and I could tell immediately that he cared about making sure that I had all of the information necessary to make the best possible choice. I appreciated that unlike other salesmen at other dealerships, he wasn’t trying to steer me towards a lease. He showed me the selection of CPO Civics and patiently explained the features of each - in 95 degree heat, no less. I saw a CPO Civic that caught my eye - a 2015 Civic LX in crimson pearl at an unbelievable price. Took it for a test drive and with this being my first time behind the wheel of a Honda, it was love at first drive. Excellent driving dynamics, tight steering and great handling. I was sold! Worked with Andrew Jones in finance and got great deal with terms and financing. He is also very personable and professional and made it a seamless and completely transparent process. This is a popular, high volume dealership and understandably so. There was no pressure, no gimmicks. The whole experience was extremely pleasant and stree-free. I feel that Ash and Andrew truly cared about making sure I got the car I wanted at the best possible price. Lots of honesty and integrity. Thanks guys! I love my Civic and will gladly recommend Hamilton Honda to others! More

And our first choice to buy our next CRV was Hamilton Honda. And we were right. Our sales rep. Hannah Husein took the time to help us find that perfect car. A new 2018 CRV. She was compassionate to our recent loss of our car and showed us all the new safety options in our new CRV. She took the extra time to help us understand how each one worked. She then introduced us to Rebecca Morone in finance. Rebecca was so helpful to secure us the best interest rate and service contracts to protect our car. She was very knowledgeable about each one and she helped us to choose only the ones we needed. Never trying to pressure us into buying any of the service contracts even the ones we chose. We would highly recommend Hamilton Honda to anyone shopping for a new or used vehicle. More

Lease was up on the last car from them last week, and we leased another new Accord from them . Maria Gordillo was just outstanding as our sales rep. Very patient, friendly, helpful, and mediated the "negotiations" in a businesslike manner. Although the "paperwork" process was long, Andrew Jones was also professional and courteous in dealing with all the financial details. Management checked in with us before "drive-off", as usual, just to make sure all was "OK". Car was delivered in excellent condition, and very quickly. More

Repeatedly Disappointing I kept hoping our experience would get better, but it just didn't. We called about a certified used Odyssey and made an appt to come in and see it. I kept hoping our experience would get better, but it just didn't. We called about a certified used Odyssey and made an appt to come in and see it. When we arrived no appt had been recorded and we were told, "I don't know where the van is, maybe try to come back tomorrow." We had driven an hour to see THAT particular van. The salesman did locate it after some persuading. We were told it needed to be certified and detailed and so we put down a deposit and waited. We finally test drove it and it had some cosmetic issues, but we were told, "it will all be taken care of by the time you pick it up. It will look perfect" It wasn't/it didn't. We paid and drove home a dented, dirty van. It had been detailed, but I pulled out kid's toys and food (not ours) from all nooks and crannies. I finally was able to get dent repaired after 2 weeks and they nicely offered to redo the detail. I picked up the van and the dent was gone, but on the bumper was a new scuff that was not there upon drop-off and the detail was just a bad as the first. I sent a picture to the service coordinator of the food still left under the seats. No reply. This entire process has been frustrating. I feel like we were repeatedly told one thing only to have it not happen. I'm hoping service dept will be better in the future because the free oil changes and car washes are a nice bonus. I will say our 2nd salesperson - first one did NOT work out and we asked for another - was Maria and she was very nice and easy to work with. I do not blame her, but the Hamilton Honda system as a whole. She and the used car sales manager, Jimmy, promised us a short list of reasonable/doable things that just did not get done. Maybe if we bought a NEW van we would have had a more positive experience. Perhaps 25k is not enough to ensure honesty and follow through? We have always bought NEW so this was our first experience with certified used. At the end of the day we are happy with the van. We saved money by buying used. The experience could have been better, but it could also have been worse I guess. Live and learn. More
