The dealership expedited the process as per my request and got financing and car ready within a day. After completion of the deal, they provide complete tour of the space which includes the services like, lifetime free car washes and oil changes. Truly loved the services. Exceptional Customer Service Customer service was exceptional throughout the sales process. Absolutely no high pressure sales tactics. If you are looking for a sales staff that is straightforward, upfront, and no nonsense this is your dealership. Drove multiple cars over a couple days, Our salesman Ash ensured we were satisfied with our decision and never pushed us to, “just pick a car and get the deal done.” Due to my wife’s hectic work schedule I came to try a few vehicles to narrow down the search prior to her having to come to the dealership, Ash ensured I was able to take my time and had everything ready when my wife came so we could get in and out fast in the limited time she had. I would highly recommend Ash for your needs if you are in the market for a Honda Certified Used Vehicle. Luke in finance was equally helpful. He was straight forward with our financing options, and there were no surprises when it came time to seal the deal. I upsells, and not unneeded and useless add on’s. Again, with my wife needing to be in and out in minimal time, Luke worked with me to have all the paperwork lined up and in order so when my wife was available later that day we could be in and out so she could go to work. The process was completely seemless, and we were in and out in less than 30 minutes. Delivery was great, vehicle was cleaned completely inside and out, and any questions were answered. I really can’t say enough good things about our experience at Hamilton Honda, we have bought many vehicles in many different parts of the country with our military moves, and this would rank very high if not at the top of our list.
