Maria is a lovely person who sincerely wanted to make sure that I felt at home. She not only listens, she also hears. She is warm, friendly and easy to talk to with and has a great sense of humor. Her honesty and integrity was self-evident from the first moment I met her. Her work ethic and follow thru became more evident throughout the purchasing process. Maria was assisted by Humberto Salas who is another excellent sales rep at Hamilton Honda. He is experienced and very knowledgeable. I have nothing but great things to say about Maria- she has something special. In finance, Luke Haug was friendly, honest and has a personality that captures your attention right away. There was no trickery or dishonesty about Luke when he discussed the final numbers with me. He thoroughly went over each document and clause and generally just came off as a great guy. He even managed to throw in an extended car wash for me. Really enjoyed my time with Luke. More

We also had the pleasure of meeting with Veronica who helped with all our lease end paperwork and I can't forget Andrew, who was our Finance person. He went over all the paperwork, making sure my wife understood everything, and offered us some great protective products, but was never pushy. Thank you for that. I will mention, I do work for another brand dealer and feel I do a good job at what I do, but I definitely picked up some new tools from these three people.
