Sergei, the service manager I've been working with has been wonderful- helpful, returns phone calls, follows up when he says he will. I had my car in for service in September and again this week. The people who answered the phone when I called the service department have been terrible. They essentially made the process more difficult than it needed to be. They typically do not call back when they say they will and do not respond to voicemails. I've brought to Hamilton Honda for service for almost 10 years and during that time your service department non-mechanical staff has gone from excellent to barely ok. More
