Excellent Overall Experience As a resident of the New York City suburbs, this dealership was not exactly convenient for me, but it was the only Honda dealer within 150 miles to ha As a resident of the New York City suburbs, this dealership was not exactly convenient for me, but it was the only Honda dealer within 150 miles to have the exact vehicle I wanted. On balance they made it a fairly painless and efficient way to buy that car. My experiences were extremely positive with everyone I had contact with by phone, by email and in person, except the finance manager, who was overly aggressive in selling a HondaCare extended warranty. Otherwise the rating would have been Five Stars. Anthony Balsamo is an outstanding sales person--courteous, low key, friendly, informative, cooperative and knowledgeable. The best possible experience with a sales person IN ANY CONTEXT. The transaction involved a bit of negotiating, but it was quick, friendly and in good faith. In spite of the inconvenience, I definitely will approach this dealer next time I'm in the market for a new Honda. More

Great Experience, Love my Honda! We had a really great experience at this dealership and ended up purchasing a new CRV. Robert took his time with us, was very knowledgeable about all of the features on the vehicle and was not pushy. We did not buy on the first day we visited the dealership and we did not feel pressured to stay or make a deal on that day. We returned after visiting Mazda since we liked the Honda a lot better and were able to make a deal with the price we were looking for. They have some really nice perks too including a free car wash on site that you can use whenever you'd like as well as free full synthetic oil changes for life. I highly recommend this dealership and Robert was very pleasant to work with! More
