At no point did I feel like I was being pressured or taken advantage of for a better sale. The sales rep took the time to explain all of the various lease scenarios and options and coached me when I was considering a decision that was not in my best interest. He was also patient and attentive to all of my questions during the process. As a new leasee, I could not have had a better experience and am so grateful to the Hamilton Honda staff for helping and guiding me every step of the way. Since leasing the car, I have found that the service center staff and service are on par with the exceptional quality of the dealership. Zack is the best! This was my second visit to Hamilton Honda. The first time I visited, I met Zack and he was very helpful. Unfortunately, I was unable to get a car. However, this time I felt a little more confident. I had my fiancé with me. We walked in the door and was immediately greeted by the receptionist. I asked for Zack by name because he’s just that great and to my surprise, he was not too far away from where we were standing. He heard his name and appeared out of thin air because he’s a magician. He greeted my fiancé and I with a pleasant smile and was more than happy to help us. While pulling up my information from the previous visit, he made conversation and joked with us. I told him my budget and he suggested cars that were in range. I test drove two vehicles that day. When I finally made a decision about the one I wanted, Zack did everything in his power to get me the best deals including insurance. During the long paperwork process, Zack did everything to make my fiancé and I feel comfortable, offering water, coffee and tea. He again made conversation and joked non-stop. We enjoyed that a lot. Zack is the best and I can not say that enough. He made me feel confident in my purchase and complimented me countless times on such a great choice and how great I looked in my new car. I felt at ease throughout the entire process and completely comfortable with everyone at the dealership. My transition to the finance office with Luke was also very impressive. Everything was trans parent and clear for me to understand and more importantly done in a timely fashion. Not once throughout the entire process of buying my new car did I feel threatened or pressured in anyway whatsoever. I traveled over an hour to their store and passed more than five other Honda dealerships on the way, couldn’t be more happier that I did that! This review is coming from a former car salesman and I will be honest, I kept waiting for what we all usually expect- some kind of pressure or sales tactics that are a bit unsavory to say the least. Let me tell you that couldn’t be farther from what I experienced!! I received excellent service from Hannah from the time we shook hands until the time I drove away in my brand new Honda Civic!
