We weren't too familiar with the new Pilot, but Maria spent a LOT of time with us to explore the different options and drive a couple of them. We were also trading not 1 but 2 cars, and Maria helped us work through that process. She really made a difference, even delaying her dinner plans to stay with us through the whole process. Everything was fine until I said I needed more time to think Ash was down right disrespectful after I declined to leave a 500$ deposit. I let him know from the beginning that I had found the dealership online an Ash was down right disrespectful after I declined to leave a 500$ deposit. I let him know from the beginning that I had found the dealership online and wanted to look around. Ash shoved paperwork in my face and scowled at me as a way to force me into doing something that I was not comfortable with. I repeated my apprehension to him several times. In the end Ash stormed off, leaving my personal information on the computer screen. I will not be returning to Hamilton Honda after this experience. More
