I told them exactly what I wanted and what was important to me in a vehicle and they delivered just that. Hannah was very informative and knowledgeable about the CRV. Even after I bought the truck she sat with me and we customized all my settings to my liking. Matt worked wonders with the numbers and really took care of me. He explained my contract with me and really went over all of my options before I made a decision. I told him which accessories I wanted to add onto my crv and him and Hannah made it a point to show me a CRV in the lot that had those very same accessories. At the end of the night I ended up walking away with a 2018 CRV EX with all the accessories I wanted and at a lower price than I expected and with an amazing warranty to top it off! I highly recommend Hamilton Honda to anyone interested in purchasing. More

Relatively Simple Process I visited the Hamilton Honda dealership on 11/24/17 to purchase a pre-owned Civic. I called the dealer to confirm that the car I was interested in was I visited the Hamilton Honda dealership on 11/24/17 to purchase a pre-owned Civic. I called the dealer to confirm that the car I was interested in was available, and the sales rep. John informed me that it was available for test driving. I arrived at the dealership an hour later to test drive the car, and was immediately greeted by Angel who was very polite and informative regarding the car I was looking at. I explained that I was there to test drive the vehicle I called about on the phone, and he was helpful in getting us situated and started in the buying process. So far, the only suggestion I have for improvement would be the seating. There were only six desks for customers that were working with salespeople so we had to stand for part of our time waiting. Once the car was ready to test drive, Angel immediately informed us and we went outside to view the car. I turned off the ignition since it was running and I wanted to know how it started and how all the features of the car worked, and Angel knew the answers to every question I had. I test drove the car, liked it, and went back inside for the next part of the buying process. We sat at a desk to review buying options, and I asked about the price of the car. One thing I like about this dealership is the fact that the cars are fairly priced with little negotiation involved, since I have been to other dealers where the pricing is very confusing and often involved waiting around. The rest of the process was very straightforward. All we had to do was review documents to sign, call the insurance company to add the car, meet with the finance manager to sign the rest of the documents, and obtain the keys to the car! I walked in shortly after 10:00 and left by 1:00 with a 2014 Honda Civic! I would highly recommend this dealership to others, considering the straightforward buying process and the free car washes and oil changes that are offered! More
