My 2nd EXCELLENT Experience !!! Betsy I just purchased my second vehicle, a 2017 Honda Civic from Jeff Gyarmati. Sales and Finance process was smooth and seamless from start to finish and I just purchased my second vehicle, a 2017 Honda Civic from Jeff Gyarmati. Sales and Finance process was smooth and seamless from start to finish and salesman Jeff Gyarmati found the perfect vehicle for me based on my budget and my needs just like last time. Jeff also patiently and thoroughly explained all the vehicle's options/functions such as Maintenance Minder system/Bluetooth/cruise control/Econ mode/USB ports/dashboard display and set up my radio pre-sets, paired my phone, added my speed dial numbers as well as explained the dealership amenities available to owners such as the lifetime oil changes and car wash. Jeff is an honest and thorough salesman who puts the customer and their needs front and center and makes sure you are completely taken care of. Luke Haug made sure I was approved for financing that fit my budget while providing me with the protection plan that best suits my needs. I am completely satisfied with my lease and continue to be confident and impressed when deciding to purchase or lease a quality, affordable and reliable vehicle here. We've been servicing our vehicles here for over 4 years and the Service Department is awesome as well. Thank you to the entire team !!! More

The bumper on the used car I bought was a little bit damaged and he even said Hamilton Honda would take care of that for no extra cost which was wonderful. Every staff member was extremely courteous and helpful I was more than impressed with the professionalism of everyone I worked with at Hamilton Honda. Every staff member was extremely courteous and helpful and made our family comfortable in what could be a tense experience at another dealership. I have purchased many new cars over the years and I'd rate Hamilton at the top of my list. Our salesperson Hannah (I highly recommend her and please add her name to the list of sales people) and Matt in Finance took a great deal of time to walk us through every step of the process (as well as several test drives and color selection consultations). Angel was great to call our insurance company. The dealership is bright, clean, well organized and very busy. We are extremely happy with our new car and highly recommend them. More

Efficient buying process I’ve bought and three new cars in my lifetime this being my third experience purchasing new. I walked into the Hamilton Honda dealership knowing exac I’ve bought and three new cars in my lifetime this being my third experience purchasing new. I walked into the Hamilton Honda dealership knowing exactly which car that I wanted and Bob O did a great job taking me through the sales buying process. The dealership is new neat clean extremely well organized from the reception area through to the finance manager to the final check in on the car. Would highly recommend purchasing your Honda here there are many other dealerships in the area where you can buy the same car for a higher price and receive no where near the same pleasant experience. One of the nicer touches was Finishing the car buying experience was so pleasant. I walked in and announced to the receptionist that I was there to pick up my new car and she genuinely seemed happy that I was getting something new and said congratulations. I also really enjoyed working with the finance manager Andrew who was a no BS kind a guy he knew that I didn’t want to buy anything extra and he didn’t even waste my time trying to explain extra coverages and warrantee to me which I really appreciate it. Recommended After shopping around quite a bit, I recently bought a new Honda from the people at Hamilton Honda, and I can truly say that my sales experience was v After shopping around quite a bit, I recently bought a new Honda from the people at Hamilton Honda, and I can truly say that my sales experience was very good--fair, friendly, and courteous. I got the car I wanted at a very competitive price but what made the whole experience a good one was the great people: Bob, my sales rep, answered all my questions and made sure all the options I wanted were in place; Matt did a great job explaining and arranging the financial details. The service department, too, has been great so far, whether it was the attention to detail that the service technicians have shown, or Nicole accommodating me to repair a flat tire early one morning without an appointment. Based on what I've seen, this dealership understands how all aspects of a business must come together to provide a great customer service experience. He treated us like old friends or family of his and that is how he spoke to us too. He made the entire experience absolutely wonderful. He also took the time to answer all of our questions and review all features about the car. He even knew what to do if I let the battery in my remote control die. Also if there were areas the financial department was going to know more about, he didn't hesitate to let us know to ask her when we met with her. I respect his knowledge and also willingness to say he doesn't know but where we can find the answer. Our Finance Manager, Rebecca, was also outstanding. She explained everything to us in detail and provided print out of all of the options, prices, and the ultimate monthly payment. She even ran different options and finance rates to give us more information to make decisions based on. She was also very nice and provided an excellent experience. Both her and Umberto made us feel like you cared about us and we weren't just another sale. We have never been to Hamilton Honda before. Humberto gave us the full and complete tour of the facility even before we sat down to discuss details of buying the car. This is the first dealership that we have been to that has ever done that before even to give us details of what you do with the used oil. More
