Before coming to Hamilton Honda we went to Burns Honda which is local to me, I have a past purchase history of 2 new vehicles through Burns so naturally location and history would lead us back to Burns Honda. I did not have a good experience with Burns, the test drive alone was not informative and the experience with the sales lady did not make me want to purchase a vehicle nor push the purchase at all with them. This experience led me to do more research when we got home in finding another dealer to work with. Hamilton Honda had excellent reviews, compared to other dealerships it far exceeded better than average reviews. We met with Giovanni Torres who was beyond helpful. The test drive alone was phenomenal. I learned about 99% more information about the vehicle we wanted to purchase on our test drive alone with Giovanni vs the first test drive I took with this vehicle at Burns. And that's not even exaggerated. Giovanni took his time showing and explaining everything and with this attention and detail it led us into the easy decision of purchasing our 2018 Honda Odyssey. Although we were very specific on the Color of interior and exterior I wanted..... and I promise you I'm low maintenance.. promise you... LOL I wanted a specific Color, purchasing this vehicle was a big commitment for us and if it was a commitment that could be lifelong I wanted to be happy with my purchase. Hamilton Honda had to locate the vehicle for me and bring it in to their lot. Although it took a couple weeks to get my van in, the customer service we received was well worth the wait! The experience we had with Andrew the finance manager was fast and painless. We're happy to report that our overall experience was hand down the best experience we've ever had. Giovanni started our experience with hands down the best level of customer service that superseded our expectations. The waterfall experience we had after Giovanni to Andrew did not falter. Our customer experience doesn't end after we signed our contract either. We will receive free car washes, vacuum and oil changes for the life of the vehicle! They're lot was amazingly clean, the car wash lot was spotless and their building reflected the same as well. We'll recommend Hamilton Honda to anyone looking for a new vehicle! Exemplary service! I came to Hamilton Honda when it first opened in the morning expecting to simply get my oil changed and a car wash before heading back to college. Aft I came to Hamilton Honda when it first opened in the morning expecting to simply get my oil changed and a car wash before heading back to college. After my oil change, the inspection came back with a found rear differential leak. Not really knowing much about this, I walked into the service center and was greeted with a smile from Craig Mayle. He kindly told me what needed to be done and offered the shuttle service to bring me home while my car was being looked at. I later received a phone call from Craig explaining that the necessary part to fix my leak would not come in until Friday (the day I needed to leave). He completely understood my circumstances and took it upon himself to research whether he could get the necessary part sooner. He got back to me within a half hour and told me that he found the part at another dealership approximately an hour and a half away. He had already sent his driver to go pick the part up in order to have my car fixed that very same day. I am extremely grateful for the outstanding customer service Craig provided me with and highly recommend Hamilton Honda for all service needs! More
