Hamilton Honda is The Best Dealer – PERIOD!! Jeff Breza, Ed Judge and Lily Li were by far the best team that I have ever dealt with when purchasing a vehicle. Jeff assured me he would find my super rare Pilot EX with the exact color and trim levels that I wanted. He not only found it, but he found it with the lowest mileage I have ever seen on a new car. He told me the exact date it would be there and it was! The car was perfect! Ed took more than enough time to show me every single option in the car! He was very thorough and it was a very pleasant experience. He went way above and beyond to make sure that I understood every aspect of the sale, how to operate the vehicle, all of the options and any other questions that I had. Lily made the financing a breeze. She made sure that I understood every single document before signing it. It made the overall experience great! Some dealers push you through as fast as possible, hiding costs and finishing as fast as possible. She took as long as needed, she even had to reprint the contacts and sign again because of a mistake I made on it. The entire time she assured me it was no problem at all! I would recommend Jeff Breza, Ed Judge and Lily Li to my family and friends. You should definitely see them if you are considering purchasing a vehicle. More

He Two days ago Chris Gerahty helped us with our purchase of a 2017 Honda Pilot and he could not have been more pleasant, professional and efficient. He approached us when we walked into Hamilton Honda's showroom and it was smooth sailing from that point on. All our questions were answered, the transaction was handled smoothly and we drove away in our new Pilot very satisfied with the whole experience. The entire sales staff was very well dressed in suits, ties and clean dress shoes (a pet peeve of mine) something I don't recall seeing in a car dealership in a very long time. The showroom, the waiting areas and the rest rooms were all clean, which says a lot since the traffic in the dealership was considerable. We drove nearly two hours to this dealership and would do it all over again. We felt we got a good value for our money and were treated courteously by everyone we encountered in the process of buying our vehicle. As a woman I can say that the service area in particular was very comfortable and relaxing. Service areas can feel a bit intimidating sometimes, but not at Hamilton Honda where the atmosphere was welcoming. To the staff and owners of Hamilton Honda, Well Done! More

Hamilton Honda by far made the best impression. . Hamilton Honda had the biggest selection (thanks to being one of the major Honda lots on the East Coast), the most experience (selling 500 cars per month), the newest and biggest service bay, and the best overall "look-and-feel". Manager Al Green is a stand-up guy who says what he means and does what he says. Chris Gerahty, who sold me my car, was professional throughout, showing good listening skills and feeling no need to overtalk the process as many sales people can do. He also respected the research and homework I did about the car and didn't overstress the dealer incidentals that would add to the price but weren't exactly what I wanted. Chris was also very expeditious when closing our transaction. Luke Haug in the finance office was a delight to work with. Apart from his professional competence, he has an uncanny sense for people and relates very warmly on the personal level. (Basefall fans will enjoy his stories about playing pro ball in his younger days...) . A big shout out is also in order for the man who gave me my first impression at Honda, Mike Odendaal. I first came the Hamilton Honda to consider buying a pre-owned Civic LX. Mike walked me out to the lot to show the stock, impressively introducing Hamilton Honda's distinctions and sharing his interesting personal background. Though I ultimately changed my plan from pre-owned to new purchase, and because of scheduling differences couldn't continue with him, Mike is the reason I came back to Hamilton Honda. . From top to bottom,I am very pleased with the whole experience at Hamilton Honda, Even though it is 20 miles from my home in Princeton, I intend to service my car there regularly, in part to take advantage of their free oil changes and car washes for life, but more importantly to draw still closer to this superlative business entity. Always get a second opinion I had a great buying experience at Hamilton Honda & up until recently a great experience with the service center. Now however I'm starting to think th I had a great buying experience at Hamilton Honda & up until recently a great experience with the service center. Now however I'm starting to think they offer complimentary oil changes just to attempt to squeeze money out of you. I was told I have an engine oil leak and I will need to take my car to the main shop. Luckily I have a father who knows car and took it to him the same day. Luckily there is no leak just sloppy work when the oil was getting changed. I wonder how much it would have cost me just to drive it in to the main shop? It's great to have the free service but I would warn owners to get another opinion. I also would like to mention that while waiting I heard them tell another customer that they too had an oil leak. More

The Finance Manager was also very helpful, he even gave me great advice on a few issues with my previous car warranties.
