My mom spoke with a sales person, Bob O'Connor, and was thrilled with him and the cars that were offered. I met Bob later that day and test drove a few cars. I wound up going with a civic. Bob was fantastic in helping me talk to/fill out the forms for the insurance company. He was extremely polite, along with the other staff, who offered us food and beverages multiple times. I was there for a few hours and was starting to think that I could not take my car home that same day, however, Bob managed to fit my car detailing in while I was finishing the paper work. They also do not push additional items or add-ons in your face. They mention it two or three times and if once you say no, they understand. Bob was fantastic and still calls me to check up on me and my new car. I would recommend this dealership to everyone especially those who want a painless car buying experience. More

I meet Humberto who personality was like Andrew’s. No pressure. No, “Will you purchase the vehicle today?” He simply said “I’ll try to get the price you want.” Humberto knows the Honda product is well informed of all the features and trims I paid what I expected. Meet with Andrew, he continued the no pressure sales. He presented to me what Honda had to offer. We then closed the deal. He put my needs first which meant he looked for a cheaper model I was hoping to buy. He searched the lot for a long time and found one that matched what I wanted originally. He could have sold me the more expensive model so that I was impressed by his honesty. He really listened to my needs and not what he could sell to me. He also arranged a shuttle to come pick me up from my home to return to Honda to drive my new car home yesterday. The team works together for amazing services. I highly recommend Hamilton Honda. The salesfolk are low pressure and totally focused and sensitive to client need and service. The Thus dealer is so different from others we have used. They do everything short of polishing your shoes to serve you, make your experience easy, efficient and pleasureable....from coming around with coffee while you talk to the salesman, to free wifi and computer rooms for your use, to a cafe with bigscreen TV while waiting for car service. It is a very classy, pleasant, efficient place. We've leased 4 cars there and probably will do more in the future More
