Bob O'Connor was simply amazing from the first moment I met him!! He described every detail, in detail, of both the EX and the EX-L - with no pressure at all- until I finally decided on the EX-L. He was personable, professional, and really just delightful to deal with. He readily gave me the time I needed, over a couple of visits, to make final decisions. I cannot say enough great things about this experience. Once decided, Dan the finance manager was terrific in his presentation and the manner in which he helped me determine what was best for my needs. This was a truly wonderful experience!
