Excellent Experience! My lease was due to expire in a couple of months so I started to look for a new car to lease. I had been in contact with another dealer but they just weren't coming up with a deal that was good for me. I found a great deal with Hamilton Honda online so I went to see if it would work for me. From the moment I walked into the dealership, I was treated with respect, kindness and felt that I was a valued customer. Pablo greeted me at the door and I told him what I was looking for. He went to work immediately to get me the deal that I was looking for. A short 4 hours later, I was leaving with my new car! And if you have ever been shopping for a car, you know that 4 hours is a very short time! Pablo was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions and even gave me new information about the CR-V, even through I have been driving them since 2003. He showed me all around the building, which will be a big help when I come back for service. He has told me not to hesitate to contact him if I have any other questions and I don't doubt his sincerity one bit. Ira also was great, was very sincere and I felt that he too, was only wanting to make this the best experience for me. Becky was great! She was very thorough in her explanations about the leasing process, going over each form with me and answering any questions that I had. She also told me to contact her if any questions. I left the dealership with a new vehicle and the feeling that they were there to make sure that I would not have a bad experience at this dealership. (And I didn't! It was the best!) I would highly recommend this auto dealership, Hamilton Honda for anyone who wants to have a great experience buying or leasing a vehicle. Salesman Jeff Gyarmati found the perfect vehicle for my son at a GREAT price and my son was given a more than fair amount for his trade-in. Jeff also patiently and thoroughly explained all the vehicle's options/functions such as Maintenance Minder system/Bluetooth/cruise control/Econ mode/USB ports/dashboard display/helped him set up his radio pre-sets and paired his phone as well as explained the dealership amenities available to owners such as the lifetime oil changes and car wash. Jeff is an honest and thorough salesman who puts the customer and their needs front and center and makes sure you are completely taken care of. Luke Haug made sure we were approved for financing and and Dan Balling in Finance patiently went over financing and available add on coverages, available warranties, protection packages clearly and answered all questions we had making sure he understood all the paperwork he was signing. My son is 20 years old-a first time buyer and he is completely satisfied with his purchase and confident in his decision of buying a quality reliable vehicle here.
