I was met by Ash Selim, I showed him the car I was looking for and he went straight inside to see if they still had it and they did. It was love at first site. We took the Honda Civic out for a test ride and I wound up buying it that day. Ash was so helpful and made everything so seamless. He treated me as such a special customer. The only problem was I drove there in my old car and didn’t know how I was going to get that car home and the new car home. He helped guide us through the whole process seamlessly and made sure that I walked out with my car before the end of my visit, even though it was getting very late. He stayed extra to make sure I was both satisfied and happy. The Finance Specialist, Lily, was also very helpful in getting the deal done in a timely manner. She too stayed extra to make sure everything was done before we left so that we did not have to come in another day to get the car. The dealership itself was very nice and accommodating with someone always checking up on us to make sure we were being helped. (Check out the snack bar/cafe!)
