Purchase of a Honda Certified Odyessy We stopped in to the dealership on Saturday 11/26 just to look at some Certified mini vans. The salesperson Miwanna and Ira were very pleasant and easy to deal with. We told them we went going to buy today and they were very respectful. They did ended up making me an offer and I told them I would like to think it over and get back to them. After looking around to verify that their offer was a fair deal I called them back on Monday and told them we would buy the van. The whole buying experience was easy with no games. Miwanna was very helpful and helped us through the whole process and Andrew in Finance was great and explained every step of the paperwork. I would definitely buy from them again and would recommend them to anyone else looking for a car. More

Both my wife and son own Honda Fits that were purchased at Hamilton Honda. When my old car started to give up the ghost, they encouraged me to buy there because they had had great experiences. My wife-unsubtlely-drove me past the dealership twice, saying: "Oh look. There is Hamilton Honda. The nice place your son and I bought our Fits from." I went in Thursday morning at 10 a.m. and drove out at noon with my new Honda HR-V. The salesman Jeffrey Gyarmati was the consummate professional. he showed me everything about the vehicle, curated the test drive so I could see how it handled in tight spots, traffic, highway and ease of parking then answered all of my questions with patience and tact. Everyone I dealt with from the receptionist near the front door to the finance man, Luke Haug, treated me with respect and moved me through the process of buying the car painlessly and respected my time.
