Over the course of two visits, I can honestly say, I`ve never met more professional and friendly staff than the folks we worked with at Hamilton Honda. From Ash greeting us at the door, and even remembering us when we returned a week later, to working with Brian over two sessions on the test drive, vehicle trim level, selling price, getting us fair trade-in value, making sure we were comfortable, running around to get us info, and giving us information in a straightforward, honest fashion, not being upset with our decision to "think it over" after the first visit, (VERY much appreciated, thanks Brian, you are a pro!), to Ira stopping by during both visits just to see how we were making out (thanks for remembering us, Ira), to getting the financials done with Luke, getting us a preferential APR, and the extended warranty that best suited our needs, and his absolute dedication to making sure we were satisfied with the entire transaction before we started signing (thanks Luke, still laughing about the "chicken coop story"!) back to Brian for walk through of the vehicle features and the actual handoff, to hanging out with Ash before he respectfully took my beloved trade-in to the garage (thanks Ash, believe it or not, that meant a lot to us!). Also, a thank you to Deborah, I received every one of your e-mails! I really felt like I had a team that were always looking to make sure we were being taken care of and were getting treated fairly to make a solid decision that suited our needs. At no time did we feel pressured to make any decision we were not comfortable with and I am very thankful to everyone we dealt with while making such a large financial decision. I would absolutely use them again and recommend each of them without reservation. More
