It was recommended that I replace my rear brakes for a cost around $360. I found another Honda Dealership within 25 miles of Hamilton Honda that would replace them $179. Hamilton Honda would not honor t cost around $360. I found another Honda Dealership within 25 miles of Hamilton Honda that would replace them $179. Hamilton Honda would not honor that coupon. I am still shaking my head about this one. The service advisor was fantastic - 5 stars for Kendall! But if management wants to keep your local customers you should be honoring other Honda Dealerships coupons. I will be taking my business elsewhere moving forward. More

I have had only great experiences, until the other day when I went in for an oil change and tire rotation. The wait was not that long and communication was good. Unfortunately, someone forgot to reset the when I went in for an oil change and tire rotation. The wait was not that long and communication was good. Unfortunately, someone forgot to reset the tire low pressure alert so It came on 5 miles after leaving the lot. Now I have to take off another day of work to go back AGAIN! Also, whoever was inside my car had terrible body odor. The smell is still there 3 days later. More
