Matt is as amiable as he is knowledgeable about the cars he's selling, and worked very hard to answer all our questions and concerns. I am hearing impaired and never once did Matt allow me to feel left out of the conversation. Dan was so thorough and efficient at helping us wade through all the financing and warrantee options Honda offers, that my wife, a teacher of 23 years, marveled at his classroom presence.
