I needed a new car because my family is getting larger and with one on the way there was no way we can get all the kids in my Honda Accord. I tell you this was the best experience I had. The sales person and finance manager that helped me were amazing. They didn't waste my time and they let me know what can be done right away. Everything was easy and pleasant. I didn't have that agitating feeling you usually get from sitting at these places too long. We ended up getting what we wanted which was a pilot. It was affordable and a perfect fit for my family. I was greeted cheerfully by the receptionist. She directly contacted Senior Sales Consultant Mr. Ash Selim. I met Ash and was immediately impressed by his friendly professionalism. He listened to me and quickly helped me to find the vehicle I wanted. Although I am not a person who is easily impressed, I must admit this was a very pleasant buying experience. Ash was knowledgeable about all aspects of the vehicle and the Hamilton Honda dealership, and the buying process was simple and transparent. I can get 5.0 star rating 8/9/2016 So, yesterday I got my third Honda CR-V. I keep coming back to Hamilton Honda because of the customer service. I can get another Honda anywhere but the people that work there are always so pleasant and helpful and that is why I keep coming back. My sales person Angel was amazing. He was very kind and thorough and patient. I got an EX instead of an LX and it a lot of new features that I was unsure how to use and he walked me through everything. The free car washes and oil changes are great as well. The service center is always quick and efficient and you don't have to waste your entire day on getting your car taken care of and with the shuttle service you can even run a few errands while you wait. I have been taken back home or to the Hamilton Marketplace to shop. Everyone from the guys who check my tire pressure to the ones that sell the cars and do the financing are always amazing. As far as I am concerned there is nowhere else I would imagine getting a car from. Thanks for always being so great Hamilton Honda! More

Great Experience with Ash Selim I needed to pick up a Certified Honda Accord in time to get my son to college. I have worked with them for the last month and knew the car I thought I needed to pick up a Certified Honda Accord in time to get my son to college. I have worked with them for the last month and knew the car I thought I needed and wanted. Ash spent the time and energy to consult me and ending up spending less on a car that made more sense.
