He was not hard selling me, which would have turned me off right away. Ash was pleasant and answered all of the concerns my wife and I had regarding the vehicle and financing options. He made us feel welcomed, comfortable, and gave us a tour of what the dealership had to offer. I left that evening to discuss everything with my wife, only to return to purchase the vehicle. It was one of the best experiences that I have ever had purchasing a vehicle. Ash - One of the best salesmen I've dealt with I had been looking for a car for a month or so because I was going back to school. It took me a while to decide exactly what I wanted and it was mainly between the Accord EXL and Mazda6 Grand Touring. Once that was decided, I went to hamilton Honda to test drive the accord exl but also test drove the sport model. My sales guy was Ash. This wasn't my first time at a dealership so I'm used to the sales tactics/gimmicks/games but Ash was not like that at all. Ash was straight-forward and to the point which I really preferred, at the same time while not being pushy. I honestly don't write reviews unless its either really bad or really good, but this one is really good :). I can definitely say, due to the service I received from Ash, I decided to buy from Hamilton Honda even though I could have gotten a better price elsewhere by a few hundred. I also loved the Accord enough that I didn;t need to test drive the Mazda to decide to get it from Hamilton directly. Overall, this has been a very good experience and Ash and team did take care of my requests. I would definitely buy from HH again. More

All of the workers there were pleasant and had smiling faces in spite of dealing with what appeared to be an overload of customers. The entire operation was impressive with everyone that we encountered being efficient, a large showroom and a large inventory, and a service area which was very large and the ability to handle any upcoming service quickly ( I only say that because of another dealer & brand had only 3 service bays at their dealership and appointments took WEEKS to schedule). A busy dealership (which speaks for itself) but you will be taken care of trust me! More
