The test drive, signing of the documents and vehicle prep all occurred within a few hours. My wife was thrilled to bring the vehicle home the same day. We started with shopping the internet to get preliminary offers on the vehicle we were interested in. Jennifer Smith initially provided the best offer of the three or so we received. Several other dealers who represented that they provided internet pricing, in fact did not. They essentially offered little perks to try to get us to come in but did not provide offers. Once at Honda we had the pleasure of meeting Matt Berg a very nice young salesman who continued to assist us as we upgraded the model we were going to purchase. He worked with Al Green a manager at Hamilton. Together they were able to put together a price for the EX L that was almost as good as the price offered on the EX. We proceeded with the purchase and a young lady from the finance department, Rebecca Morone finalized the deal quickly and with no hassle. More

Between Rasaq and the dealership meticulous attention to detail I almost forgot I was at a car dealership. We also worked with Lily. She assisted us with the financing portion of the purchase which added to the entire purchasing process. She was polite, informative and pleasantly detailed. The experience was surprisingly pleasant. In terms of the purchased vehicle, it could be the best car we've every had. Pleasant ride, great ergonomics and a fantastically engineered Minivan! We've purchased other vehicles from Chevy, Jeep and Toyota and unfortunately those encounters were bad experiences. The vehicles from Chevy, Jeep and Toyota were also disappointing and I'm being nice when I use the word disappointing. There is MORE but the reader of this review will be pleasantly surprised when they visit Hamilton Honda. Lets just say my next vehicle purchase will be from Hamilton Honda.
