We were given excellent service from our salesman Jeff Gyarmati, a great deal of personal attention from the sales manager, Jeff Breza, and even the finance manager Anwar Shamim, helped to make the experience a truly positive one. All three really worked with us to make sure we left satisfied and with the car that we wanted. Purchasing a car at a dealership where you can be confident that you are really getting a good deal, and without any hassle, is the most important thing. I was not aware how busy the dealership was on Saturday. I left feeling like I was not listen to AT ALL!!!! I called an talked to Erin! Extremely helpful. Understood my frustration and worked me through the process. I had questions that she could not answer. I was forwarded to the F & I dept. The F & I I dealt with was AWFUL and RUDE to say the least. I was ready to take my business elsewhere, but Erin again helped me through it. I came in and was introduced to Andrew! Very helpful. Daniel was extremely helpful also. I am glad I dealt with him in your F & I and not the other gentleman. Overall an awful experience turned out ok. But one thing to remind all employees...never answer the phone on speaker and CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! More
