They both took the time to go over all of the features of the vehicle with me, as well as going over the finance aspect of the purchase with me. Overall a good experience Visited Hamilton Honda for trade in and new car purchase. Jeff is a very amiable / knowledgeable sales person who helped a lot on the test ride and we Visited Hamilton Honda for trade in and new car purchase. Jeff is a very amiable / knowledgeable sales person who helped a lot on the test ride and went over all the new car features in detail (pre and post sale). The initial deal negotiation was a bit rocky though. But at this point, Jenn stepped in and took the lead to ensure that the deal was reasonable for both parties. On the last step, Vipin did an awesome job to make sure the financing process went smooth. Overall, I really appreciate the efforts put in by Jeff, Jenn and Vipin. More

From my first visit to look at the car to the final signature, the entire procedure/process was nothing less than excellent. The salesperson (Brad Fisher) was accommodating, knowledgeable, and extremely patient with all of my questions and requests. In the past, our experience with purchasing a new vehicle has been less than pleasant, but this time, I am delighted to say was a pleasure. I only wish that all dealers could be as user friendly and have salespersons as easy to work with as Brad. Kudos also to Sean McHugh, the Finance Manager, who also listened and responded to my endless questions and was more than willing to work with us. Please don't let this dealership ever change. He was rude and had a bad attitude. He was not willing to negotiate and was very sarcastic. There is no issue if Rob didn't want to make a deal but a sales associate should be courteous and respectful towards his customers.I have bought/leased several cars in the past but never came across a sales person like Rob, No doubt Hamilton Honda has great deals but I would suggest people not to deal with Robert Hernandez (Rob).
