She also patiently presented us with several options as did our salesman. We also love the service at Hamilton and the benefit of free car washes and oil changes for the life of the car. While the test drive was uneventful, the rest of our experience was quite surprising. Our experience with other dealerships made car shopping a task to avoid. At Hamilton, Ira made it a pleasure. He was efficient and thorough. We were quoted an excellent price and were glad that no unexpected charges were snuck in. After our time with Ira, we headed to Becky for the financing portion of the purchase. This is often the most dreaded part of the experience when the Finance department pressures you into all types of "extras." At Hamilton, Becky briefly explained what the dealership offered with NO pressure. It was an unexpected surprise. All in all we had a great experience. Thank you Ira! Thank you Becky!
