Amazing service I recently purchased a 2012 Honda Accord, my first Honda, and my experience was absolutely AMAZING!! I was hesitant to go but was in need of a new car I recently purchased a 2012 Honda Accord, my first Honda, and my experience was absolutely AMAZING!! I was hesitant to go but was in need of a new car, my previous experience at a different dealer (not Honda) was AWFUL, the finance manager was rude and treated me like I was just a sale. At Hamilton Honda I didn't feel pressured or like i was just another number, my salesman David Westoff and Finance guy Luke Haug took care of everything and explained things that I did not even think to ask. These two guys stayed past closing to make sure I could leave with my car and David even gave me a one on one on how to work my car despite how late it was! I will definitely recommend them to anyone and everyone! Thanks guys! More

I was between two models the Accord Sport and the Passat 6 speed manual TDI. We have been a Honda "family" for over 15 years but the Passat was a sweet ride. The problem , however, was finding an Accord Sport model to test drive . They are hard to come by and after searching online and calling 5 different Honda dealers we found 2 at Hamilton Honda. I suppose the first "shout out ' should go to Rich Goldstein who fielded my phone call and determined that they did , indeed, have 2 on premises . ( we were traveling some 35 miles to get to this dealer and did not want to make a trip in vain) He in turn handed me off to the sales team and Ira from the sales staff called me to set up a time later that day to test drive. Upon arrival Ira was busy and we were handed off to Ted Muller another sales staff member. Although one might be skeptical of all this "handing off" it did work in our case because each member of this "team" was sincerely committed to us. Ted is a down to earth guy who had good product knowledge and related to me in a professional, no nonsense, straight talk manner. After the test drive Ted was joined by Anthony, Ted's Sales Manager. I told both I was not purchasing that day but was impressed with the Accord sport. Anthony was up front in his desire for me to stay loyal to the Honda family and made a very competitive offer . However, I never felt cornered or pressured to buy in that moment. The process overall was a very positive one. All staff seemed genuinely committed to making your time at the dealer a pleasant one. Lilly , one of the finance Managers , was likewise courteous and congenial. The only hitch or flaw- if it can even be described as such- is that the dealership is huge and if you have never been there it is a lot to take in in one or two sittings. Ted was great in ushering me around to their Customer Services area , their maintenance areas, oil change areas etc. But the car buying process can be a bit overwhelming ( excitement , nervousness, second guessing ! ) and I barely remember them. And one last thing the car is sold as having a full tank of gas but ours upon pick up was showing about 80% full on the gas gauge. Slightly annoying but hardly a deal breaker. More

They discussed my service experience and scheduled an apt to replace my tire for no cost. This time everything was completed in 45 mins (check-in, service and check-out). I think my previous experience was just one of those bad timings and they took it very seriously. I really appreciate the way they treat the customers and their dedication for each and every customer. Quick and dedicated response from this team changed my opinion, I would definitely go there for future purchase and service needs. 01/10/2015 I scheduled an appointment for 11:20 AM and arrived at 11:00 AM, as they had only 3 technicians they asked me drop my car and use their shuttle service, I was waiting in waiting for 2 hrs and their shuttle was ready to drop me at 1:00 PM. If I go to any service center, they would have looked at my flat tire in 10 mins and fixed everything in 30-45 mins... I would not recommend their service center. BTW, I did purchase my car at this dealership. More

The best experience I ever had! Overall Hamilton Honda is the best dealership I ever seen. First, Everybody dressed professional in the dealership.The host make you feel warm and welcome. Secondly, I got the best salesman Rob Hernandez and the best Finance lady Lily. They were both really professional and went through all the process with me and my family. My mom doesn't speak any English, but the finance lady Lily can speak Chinese. She patiently explain every single questions that my mom had. My mom said this is her first time understand the whole process after buying so many cars in the state. After all the experience that I had it Hamilton Honda. I would definitely go back and buy another car from there. I would also recommend my friend to get the best salesman Rob Hernandez!!! More
Great experience / 1 slight glitch I went in looking at new cars, thinking Civic. My salesman was always helpful and knowledgeable about everything, despite working there less than a year. He did, however, give me incorrect information regarding the interest rates available. I didn't find out till I was signing final paperwork... I could have backed out, but didn't. It was about a 2% APR difference in what he thought. Overall, I was very impressed with this dealership. I'll be back. More
Excellent and fast service! Worked with Anderson Collymore. Traded in a Hyundai for a 2015 Fit ExL with Navi. Was in and out with a great deal and test drive in under 45 minutes. We had to order the car, so we came back to get the car on a crazy, packed day and were still out fast in less than 2hrs. That included all the paperwork and test drive for the new car. The whole time he kept in touch with updates on the car so I wasn't left wondering if they forgot. Worked with Luke Haug for the financial aspect, which was easy, straight forward, and everything was well explained if there were questions. It was the most painless car experience I've had. I'd go back here again for my next car in the future. More

First time it took me about 45 min to complete my deal but this time around just 15 min. I was doing my paperwork within 40 min and out of the dealership in an hour. I worked with Andrew Rubio and he is awesome, very upfront with no pressure. The dealership experience overall I would give 5 starts! Sree. More

The sales team did respond as a whole and tried to make good on the imposition that was created after this review, but nothing panned out. I've updated to my review to show an increase in the customer service and friendliness, since after my review was submitted they made efforts to resolve. More
