We were made to feel comfortable and under no pressure. Finance was handled by Dan who was equally competent and professional. We did not feel we were allowed enough on our trade. It was well below Kelley blue book value. Hence we kept our car and will sell it ourselves. More

My salesperson was Andrew Jones who was kind, courteous and extremely professional. There was no pressure to buy and he was very straightforward and honest with his approach. Rebecca Morone was also a pleasure, she was completely helpful and reassuring and took her time to really go over every option available to me. I walked away feeling comfortable and confident that any issues I had would be addressed and handled accordingly. I couldn't ask for a better team. They make the buying experience stress free and simple, Amy Bland is a real pro that anticipates your questions and works hard to make sure that the customer is comfortable. Even the dreaded visit to the finance, people as you wrap-up the purchase, is a good experience. You'll be given important information on options and extras and treated with respect throughout, but your opinion is respected and no hard sell tactics are used. Hamilton Honda was a refreshing change to traditional hard sell car buying. More

Their communication is very clear and precise from start till end. No surprise fees/charges, no bumpy offers, no fake ads. Sales staff is very helpful and polite, even if u ask same thing many times. They do it quick and smooth. All it took me few phone calls and 45 mins at dealership for documentation and i was out with my new accord. They also gave me the tank full of gas. I rate them 10/10. Working with our saleswoman Tamira felt more like talking to a friend, and she didn't try to upsell us on things we didn't want. The finance manager Dan was not aggressive like the finance people at other dealerships have been. Most importantly, this dealership offered us the best price of the 10 Honda dealerships I got quotes from, plus the free oil changes and carwashes for life is a great added value. More

They were both very knowledgeable, helpful and patiently answered all of my questions. The price of the SUV was much better then the three dealerships I had gone to before Hamilton Honda. I purchased a Honda Accord from Patrick, about one year ago, and I am once again very pleased with his knowledge and helpful attitude. His presence will definitely bring me back in the future. More

Informed him of what price I had received and he said I will call you back in less then 10 min. I received a call back in 6 min . They beat the price by $250. I went to visit the dealership were Jeff and I took the Pilot for a test drive. Everything went smooth. Signed the paperwork the first visit. I did not get the amount I wanted for my trade but I was able to sell my old car. They were happy to hold my Pilot until I sold my old car. Smooth and Easy. No games. More
